We provide riding therapy sessions to people with additional needs – ensuring they can enjoy horse riding and a physical activity.
People that attend our RDA Centre range from 5 – 85 years old and have a wide range of disabilities or additional needs.
The benefits of attending an RDA session are numerous and we hope to improve not only riding skills but also core strength, communication and enjoyment!
Our sessions run through the week and after school and we also provide sessions for a number of special schools in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.
Please get in touch if you are interested in attending a session or volunteering with us.

One of the great strengths of RDA is our ability to have a national influence on the world of disability sport, while maintaining a local network that reaches deep into the heart of our rural and urban communities. We are a national charity, but, as a federation, our individual member groups value their independence; choosing the activities and approach that best meet the needs of their local area.
