We started the first week of the New Year with all our volunteers being introduced to the new members of our herd and undergoing some "refresher" training. On this session, Jelly was the patient "guinea pig" whilst the correct way to assist the Instructor to mount was demonstrated. We also used this opportunity to help Tintin in his training to overcome his apprehension of crowds - he looks pretty chilled out to us!
